Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what I needed - with some drawbacks I am really enjoying this sofa. It was inexpensive for a sofa with power reclining, and I can already see the difference between the unused middle cushion and frequently used end cushions. I don't know how long it will reasonably hold its shape but it's quite comfortable and a good value for the cost. It's a lovely soft fabric, the dark grey is appealing, and having this reclining sofa instead of an armchair with ottoman and regular sofa is a much better use of my small space. The only real complaint I have is that no matter who is sitting on it, when they return from reclining, the cushion and fabric of the footrest sort bunch up and it doesn't close right. It's easily remedied by extending the footrest and putting back while you're not on it. But it should return from a reclining position seamlessly and it does not. That extra step is a bit annoying - stand up, push recline button until fully extended, then return to regular position, then leave the room. I thought it was me because I'm a heavier person but tested it with a variety of folks and it is true for all.

When I reach out to Living Spaces the customer support, they immediately initiated the product exchange process. The right recliner of Sofa is not working, rather stuck between bottom frame so I wrote this review after testing on left side (working) recliner. Product review: Overall, the product is good. I found small gap between back support and seat when recliner is fully opened you can see it in attached photo. Personally, I don't have any problem (small pillow can be used). Also, noticed the back supports are alignment is little off. While writing this review, I realized when I open recliner the sitting is little inclined toward side support (~8° to 10°), not sure whether it is because of damaged product. Seat cushion comfort: 3/5 Back cushion comfort: 4/5 Quality: 3/5 Frame quality: 3.5/5 (steel frame) Finishing: 3.5/5 Easy to use: 4/5 Assembly: 4.5/5 (super easy) I'll update review after receiving the new (exchanged) product.
